Default Turned set vs reg on drawy board

Villain is a reg, but I only know that because of the stupid "Iron Man" icon on his avatar. He is running 26/17/2 after about 50 hands. The only hand of note I've seen him play is c-bet/calling the flop with 2 overs vs a shortstack.

What do you do on the turn and what is your river plan?

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 4 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

BB: $113.30
Hero (UTG): $290.65
BTN: $95.80
SB: $249.80

Pre-Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
BB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6</font>, BTN folds, SB calls $4

Flop: ($12) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($12) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $8</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $22</font>, Hero ?
