Where can you play play money heads up?

I've been playing some friends heads up on FTP. Have now realised its a bit stupid to pay rake when we could just play play money and settle up the money ourselves. Does any1 know a good site that allows you to play heads up play money. I know party does have it but the btn position is backwards. Bodog offers it but the software is horrible. Any ideas?
