Default AQ out of position how to play it???

Just a quick edit I have not really seen him play a hand we have been on same table for about 5 minutes and played 10 hands in that time

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) Ultimate-Bet Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP ($369.15)
Button ($109.15)
Hero ($191)
BB ($231.40)
UTG ($224.30)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, Q.
[color=#CC3333]UTG raises to $7</font>, [color=#666666]2 folds</font>, Hero calls $6, [color=#666666]1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($16) 7, 8, A [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
Hero checks, [color=#CC3333]UTG bets $12</font>, Hero calls $12.

Turn: ($40) T [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
Hero checks, [color=#CC3333]UTG bets $33</font>, Hero calls $33.

River: ($106) 3 [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
[color=#CC3333]Hero bets $50</font>, [color=#CC3333]UTG bets $50</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $106

How should I have played this better???

What are you putting him on I am thinking a set or Ace 10 I am confident he has a decent hand.

Should I have called the extra $50??? I was pretty certain I was behind.

How would you of played this hand in my position???

Thank You for the advice
