NL10 - flopped trips, help with river play

Hi all, sorry if this is an easy hand here. In going through my PT stuff I am starting to realize that I am not aggressive on the river because I'm not sure if I have the best hand and I need to work on value betting a bit thinner.

Villain in this hand is 33/15/0.7 over 106 hands. He struck me as pretty bad and random at times. Can I bet this river for value here, or is check/call better?
