Default 1/2 - KKK sees worst turn possible, fold river?

1/2 4-handed

Villain and I both have about $270. He's generally straightforward but makes really stupid semi-bluffs sometimes, can't get off TPNK and makes bad peels post-flop in raised pots. His calling range of 3-bets is fairly wide in terms of any suited Ace, any broadways, any pair. I've never seen him double-barrel turn/river with a bluff, and I don't think he's dumb enough to think he's value-betting if he has QJ or JT or something weird. Is this an ok river fold or always calldown?

1 fold, Villain raises to $8, Hero raises to $24 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], BB folds, Villain calls.

Flop K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Hero bets $40, Villain calls.

Turn T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Hero checks, Villain bets $52, Hero calls.

River 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero checks, Villain bets $74
