Default T9s turn c/rai bluff

Villain is 28/17/2.5.

I double barreled him oop in a previous pot, where he whined about how I was lucky to have outdrawn him. We had a little chat and I told him I was bluffing.

He is single tabling, and clearly made it personal against me. Last 3 orbits he raised UTG, and the only time it went to sd he had Q9s.

When somebody reraises him and he folds he chats about it saying how lucky he is to have hit his hand.

I am 20/16/5, and checked some good hands against short stacks and reraised all in previously.

In this hand I think he is trying to float, so unlike last time, I decide to c/r the turn. Like it? I put him on air obv.
