There is no worse flush that calls a pfr except 23h unless you have read enough to think this villan plays any two suited.

Are looking at the same hand? There are a gazzillion Axs and Kxs hands that bb could have. No reads on villain, so his range is kinda wide. And it's multiway pf, so that widens the range for suited cards even if villain is reasonable.
