Default Push river w/ set on a flushy board? Or just check?

Got no special reads, but I dont think that it matters much. On the turn he checked very quickly, looked like he wanted me to bet...

Raise more/less on the flop?

AND

The push on the turn... Is it good or should I check? I think its good since there are many cards on the river I wouldnt want to see and I only got less than a PSB left...so is the push right even if he has the flush sometimes? Would like to hear some oppinions
