To raise the flop with straight draw in MP?

I'm more inclined to raise for value here, in case I hit my straight on the later streets. Oh, I've even got overcards that I can make it 4-5 more outs. That gives me 12-13 outs in total.

My consideration is that if I raise, I'll be getting SB to go along for the ride too, given he has already called one bet from the button. However LAGG button is still to act behind me, and there is a possibility he might re-raise. Any case for this concern here? If he re-raises, well, that would be value for me if I hit my straight here.

In general, how do I play when I'm OOP with a flush draw/OESD with a LAGG acting behind?
