Default 100NL - Bottom Set 200BB Deep - How to extract?

Villain was 40/20/2ish over 75 hands. Has not gotten out of line and I don't think we've even played a pot together yet.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

MP: $38.70
CO: $124.05
BTN: $26.05
SB: $184.45
Hero (BB): $225.60
UTG: $104.10

Pre-Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
4 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $3</font>, Hero calls $2

Flop: ($6) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $4.50</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $13</font>, <font color="red">Hero...</font>

I generally B3B here but 200BB deep am I not allowing this guy enough rope to make a serious mistake by doing so? There aren't too many hands other than QQQ and 999 that are going to have no problem getting it in on the flop 200 deep.

On the other hand I certainly don't want to give a freecard to JT, T8, KJ, or whatever.

Thoughts?
