If utg will always fire another bullet and then decide what to do afterwards then you've probably got a good spot to play because there will be implied dead money in the pot when you make your flop decision. If utg will pay off your stack when you catch one pair and he's got ui overs then you're in a good spot. If he'll give up too quickly on the turn or river then you're in a good spot.

If he'll push back or rebluff, or if he can read hands well at all then you're in a tighter spot, but this is probably a nice playable hand here.

Thanks for the reply.

UTG will almost always fire the flop.
UTG+1 is the type to give up quickly, especially since they both view me as tight.
While UTG is a stronger player I felt I would have an opportunity to make a play at him...or double through him if I made a hand.
