Default multi sng small stakes - any advice?

Hi all,

I am new here and seeking for advice - will really appreciate any suggestions.
recently I decided to go and try multitable s&g for small stakes at pokerstars. I play usually 15-16 tables at once for 2-3h (60-70 in a session) then 2 sessions daily. Maikng this 20-25 days a month I want to play 3k of them n a month. Now, after a few days I have my first sample of a little more than 500. I started very well with 2 sessions of about 30% roi then had some 5-7% and last one was -10%. The overall is little over 8% and I still like it but maybe after a look on the stats http://img233.imageshack.us/my.php?image=500sguk8.jpg some of you could suggest what can I maybe do better. I play solid TAG in first phases but willing to take chances against poor opponents to try to build stack for later. I will move in anytime with decent hand when first to act and less that 10bb in stack. I will reassess my hand when action in front (opponent, my hand, etc). I am not afriad to take chances when on the bubble and I put alot of pressure when chipleading the bubble. i will answer any further questions if needed. What I want to learn is am I on good way or need some improvements.
Thank you very much for any answers.
Sorry for my english - it's not my language
