GatorPay and FoneLinx

http://www.fonelinx.net/rates.php They looked they are owned/managed by same peoples.....Are they the same? Gatorpay is recommended by FTP while Fonelinx is recommended by Carbon They are deposit options for US players, but with a fee of 3%+0.90(for Gatorpay not sure for Fonelinx should be the same), it seems very expensive though deposit speed is almost instant but we will need check for withdrawal
