Default NL50: River decision against possible floater

Hero has been TAG, only gone to showdwon once, where I showed a good hand. Villain has raised a couple of my cbets, and possibly floated a couple of times where I gave up with junk on turn. I get the feeling he may be playing back at me.

Hero ???

I checked turn to keep pot small in case he has a T or just made the straight w QJ, and also to allow him to bluff, as a bet here folds out pretty much everything I beat, unless he floated with a worse A.

Am unsure about river. If he has a straight or a T I may lose value if he checks behind, but then leading out denies him the opportunity to bluff. Maybe bet small and hope to induce a raise?
