Default Strange hand, losing ton of value?

BTN is total sicko fish 38/4/0.63
I saw him making stupid calls, but never saw him play river like this...Im completely lost in that spot, especially bcz we was 200bbs deep,

UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.75, BTN calls $1.75, 2 folds

Flop: ($4.25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $3, BTN calls $3

Turn: ($10.25) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($10.25) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $7, BTN raises to $31.25, Hero calls $24.25

Here`s my thoughts, I know for sure he could call me with KJ, and hell even 23o.
I know for sure he would raise flop if he hit good(set, 2p etc), and he`s 100% bets turn if he has same, so when he pops the river i got completely lost.
And one more thing, i knew if i push here and he show`s me KJ or 23 this will put me on SICK TILT...
