Default NL100 - QQ, questions on turn and river play?

Villain in this hand is a spewy/bad regular in the games. TAGfish, 20/9/2. We have some history but nothing significant. I have a few notes on the player; "Capable of making big bluffs in reraised pots" "Can't fold overpairs" "Calls down 3streets in 3bet pot w/ TT on 6659Q board."

My main concerns w/ the hand are the turn and river play. I know my flop bet is too small, i was playing lots of tables and I couldn't quite slide the slider far enough (bad I know). Anyways, What do you guys think of raising the turn? On the river is the riase too thin?
