Hero (BB): $1,064.30

Pre-Flop: XX dealt to Hero (BB)
2 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $14</font>, SB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $54</font>, BTN calls $40

thoughts on:

1. the big 3bet preflop
2. the smallish cbet on the flop
3. the fact that one bet is on the large side and the next is on the small side (is "consistency" necessary here?)

do these things change based on my holding? do they change based on effective stacks?
