Forgive my ignorance, but could you expand on that? How can you be "soon to be engaged"? Has he proposed but not gotten the ring yet? Did you find the ring that he's hiding?

He knows me much better than to hide a ring here. Soon to be because I'm just waiting for it now. We've discussed it and know when we want it to take place, just waiting for the surprise. :P
