Micro stakes need advice

I need some advice on when anyone reading this knows when the best time to play poker is... I play .5 .10 nl holdem on FTP...

Also i have a bad habbit of losing my stack after a hard two hour grind of bringing my 2 dollars into nine dollars.... when is it a good time to shut er' down for the night? some advice would really be a life saver for my BR. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
