550bb deep with nut flush on paired board

This guy can show up with tonnes of different hands here, and you def can't rule out sets on the flop. Who knows how largely unknown but possibly slightly donkisk passive players play small sets when this deep? It's not a large part of his range though, obv. There is some history so a raise is reasonable but not a dead cert, for me anyway.
