Default NL25: Set on a 4 straight board Facing Bet

Villain in this hand is 46/14/1.6 over 80 hands. His lead on the Turn is screaming a straight or flush. Is this a fold to a pot sized bet? Or a Call or Raise? Do you think a call is ok with implied odds of hitting a boat and stacking the villain?
