Default NL5 AJ in CO

I normally play FR but have been working on my shorthanded game. Villian has been running 51/11/2 over about 50 hands. Villain's play was generally poor (taking hands too far) and he was behind for the session(started with a $10 stack). I've been playing 21/9 for the same amount of hands. Limping a little more than normal. I generally run about 21/12 when I play 6max.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (5 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($1.73)
BB ($4.89)
UTG ($7.34)
Hero ($6.31)
Button ($19.49)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.05, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.2</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG calls $0.15.

Flop: ($0.47) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $1.3</font>, Hero?

I realize my flop bet was a little weak. I really didn't think he would have had AK or AQ here, cause he would have probably raised those preflop.
