Default UTG limp/calls, leads out the flop weak

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN(Hero): $197
SB: $532.50
BB: $173.40
UTG(Villain): $212.95
MP: $157.60
CO: $103.15

Pre-Flop:
UTG(Villain) calls $2, MP folds, CO calls $2, <font color="red">BTN(Hero) raises to $11</font>, 2 folds, UTG(Villain) calls $9, CO calls $9

Flop: ($36) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">UTG(Villain) bets $15</font>, CO folds, Hero...

Villain is a 23/12/2.3 who seems to play decent postflop, though no particular reads. I just sat down and don't play much, so villain shouldn't know anything about my play. What does the Villain have here?
