plz help me (stats question)

I recently changed up my game and am playing slightly more agressive and experimenting with it at 100nl. Am stuck almost 20 BI after less than 10k hands.

I know this is poorly worded but i'm a total stats newb and people seem to think 20/12 is way sub optimal so someone please point me in the right direction.
