Default 100NL -- checkraise on turn

UTG
UTG + 1
Villain [$80.50]
Abdullaev [$92.00]
BTN
SB
BB

Seven-handed full ring. UTG and UTG + 1 fold. Villain (12-6-1.1 over 120 hands) raises to $4, I call with Jh Jd. All else fold.

Flop [Th 7s 2c]

Villain bets $8, I call.

Turn [4d]

Villain checks, I bet $18, villain raises to $48. What to do here? How strong do you think a checkraise is on the turn like this? I am pretty sure he used this exact line against another player a dozen hands earlier. Other dude folded. How often do you see this as a delayed bluff to attack floaters?
