Default $25 NL FTP - Slowplay or fire away?

Nothing too significant about either villain. One had TAG stats but seemed bad, the other a non-thinking player. I tend to think that slowplaying in micros is wrong 98% of the time but wanted to see what you guys thought about this one. Comments on all streets welcome.
