Default Re: The Poker Mindset

[ QUOTE ]
Feeney proposes that players take on an attitude that emphasizes making good decisions as opposed to being affected by short term fluctuations. GTAOT is the best work on fluctuations ever.

Not good enough, IMO. Poker Mindset goes into a lot more than that.

Mindset is a bit dry, but the advice is ultra practical. It will also be intuitive to many players, but it's great for organizing all the non strategy ideas about poker that you must be good at. I suppose if you already know everything you're supposed to do, and you still can't do it, you might need therapy more than this book. But for most people just having it spelled out what you're supposed to do will be enough to get you to do it.
