Default butchered hand $50NL, looking for standard line

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

Button ($78.10)
SB ($209.35)
BB ($64.30)
UTG ($105.85)
Hero ($50)
CO ($70.45)

Preflop: Hero is MP with , .
<font color="red">UTG raises to $2</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6.5</font>, CO calls $6.50, <font color="green">3 folds</font>, UTG folds.

Flop: ($15.75) , , <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $5.5</font>, Hero calls $5.50.

I check called cos i don't want to bet and face a big raise

Turn: ($26.75) <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $10.5</font>, Hero calls $10.50.

same thinking as flop, although i should probably be c/ring here?

River: ($47.75) <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="red">Hero bets $27.5 (All-In)</font>, CO calls $27.50.

shove cos i don't want him to check a worse hand behind, but i'm not sure how many worse hands he'll call the shove with that get to the river.

Final Pot: $102.75

Results in white below: <font color="white">
Hero has Ah Qh (three of a kind, aces).
CO has 7d 7s (full house, sevens full of aces).
Outcome: CO wins $102.75. </font>

No stats on CO, but UTG is a weak/okish TAG.

Like i said, i butchered it pretty bad imo, and looking for help on, well, every street. cheers.
