Default 40NL: Bottom set on wet flop. Standard?

Had a real bad session yesterday and some severe tilt I guess. Then finally this hand happens.

CO = 31/15/1.29 (47)
MP = 23/4.3/1.25 (47)

Prima Network No-Limit Hold'em, $0.40 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

CO ($46.04)
Button ($18.60)
SB ($59.99)
Hero ($40.78)
UTG ($53.29)
MP ($27.97)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $0.40, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $1.6</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $1.20, MP calls $1.20.

Flop: ($5) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5</font>, MP calls $5, CO folds.

Turn: ($15) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $15</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $21.37 (All-In)</font>, Hero calls $6.37.

River: ($57.74) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>
.

Final Pot: $57.74

On the flop I thought I had to bet to protect against 1 pair + gutshot type of hands and to get value from 2 pair hands. On the turn I can't fold of course to his raise. What is MP's range here after he calls the flop bet? I thought

sets are unlikely: AA, KK would reraise preflop, I have TT
2 pair: AK,AT (KT unlikely)
1 pair+gutshot AQ,AJ,KQ,KJ
made straight: QJ

What about QQ and JJ?
