10-20 How good/bad is this bluff?

10-10-20 Full ring live. New table, ~15 hands in, never played with any of them before. Effective stack is my ~$2K. I thought villain was a solid, tight player.

UTG+1 limps/opens for 40, Hero in Hijack raises to 120 with AKo, Villain in BB calls, UTG+1 folds, heads up.

Flop ($300) 962r Villain checks, I bet $200, Villain calls.
Turn ($700) Q rainbow, Villain checks I check.
River ($700) J board is QJ962r Villain bets out $400, Hero pushes for about $1200 more.
