Default NL400 - Backdoor flush draw on turn, fire again?

I'm wondering if firing a second barrel is standard here, or whether you should take a free card. Assume villain is a normal TAG, 23/17.

Advantages to betting: Villain folds a lot of small pairs that beat you. Win a big pot if you backdoor the flush.

Disadvantages: If villain slowplayed a set you will get checkraised here and pushed off your nut draw, when you might have won a big pot on the river otherwise.

Which do you prefer? Check, or bet and fold to a check raise?
