how much better are you than a Mid stakes grinder (semi low content)

So, I'm in Asia so I play during weird hours when often times at 10/20 there are 6 tables with 5-6 regs on them and maybe a 30/10 single tabling, a Midstakes player or 2 taking a shot on a few tables or a person with TAG stats that is only sitting at one table (thus I assume is not a pro).

Do all the regs think they are better than eachother?

Do you feel you have an edge vs the mid stakes players? If u sat at 10/20 with five 2/4 and 3/6 regs how mang PTBB/100 do you think you could make?

Are you making much profit by sitting with "bad" 22/14 players (like the guys only sitting at one table)?

Are there regs at your standard level 5/10+ that you feel are significantly +EV vs you?

Personally for me I feel that if I sat with the 5 worst (but still profitable) 3/6 regs at my tables I'd maybe be +1.5 or 2BB/100. Just wondering if any of u guys have such a tight game that you can do better than that vs 5/10-25/50 regs.
