Can you clean up audio? $15 on FTP if you can

This might work better in another forum but I figured the amount of technical talent in relation to bustoness is highest in this forum. So I'm hoping you'll go Mills Lane and allow it.

I have a ~2:30 long song that a friend of mine sent me. They made it at home with a mic so it has fuzzy sound and static in the background. Also The voice isnt level throughout. Anyone who could help clean this up it would be greatly appreciated and $15 goes your way via FTP. If you can do it PM me and I will send you a link with the file. In the event I get multiple responses, I'll pick the fastest and best one.
