NL 100 (60BB deep): Que es esta loca bet en la river?

So far, villain seems to be fairly standard. I thought the K was a perfect card to double barrel on this board. Then the river comes and I'm expecting to value bet the [censored] out of it until:

Hero ($100)
Villain ($60)

Hero raises to $3 with Qs10s, Villain calls:

Flop: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Hero bets 4, Villain insta calls.

Turn: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero bets 8, Villain insta calls

River: Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Villain bets 30, Hero ?

A little background, which I JUST remembered: I had just chopped a big pot with villain A6 v. A4 (AI on flop) on a A 6 4 flop by hitting runner-runner 10s. Should this matter to me?
