Default OOP with weak top pair plus 4 flush on turn

Ultimate Bet - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

BB has seemed straightforward, playing tight, but not extremely aggressive.

Hero (SB): $21.59
BB: $18.96
UTG: $16.99
BTN: $2.75

Preflop: Hero is dealt 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.35, BB calls $0.25

Flop: ($0.70) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $0.50, BB calls $0.50

Turn: ($1.70) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
What is my plan?

I'm undecided between leading again or check-calling here.

Based on my read on villain, he only calls the flop with a likely a pair of some sort. Since he called a raise preflop I'd assume most likely it's a Tx hand (T9+), a mid or low PP, or maybe a 76s or something.

If I lead and get raised I know I am behind to 2-pair or better usually. Leading will almost certainly fold out anything less than top pair here, maybe he calls with 77, 88, 99.

If I check call I give him a chance to take a stab with whatever pair or better hand he has and can call with my potential 14 outer.

I tihnk I've convinced myself check-calling is better, just looking for other opinions.
