Default Is this an easy fold?

So the UTG character has been playing pretty tight, the one thing though is that he only min-raises when he enters a hand, so it gets a little confusing as to what he holds. The way he played this, I'm thinking I should fold.

Sorry, no pokertracker, so I can't give you his exact stats.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($6.65)
BB ($1.08)
UTG ($1.39)
MP ($1.15)
Button ($3.10)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.02, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.1, 1 fold, UTG raises to $0.32, Hero calls $0.22.

So I raise it with queens (standard), the reraise kinda scares me, so I check the turn.

Flop: ($0.66) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.3, Hero ...?

Like I said, since this guy only min-raises to enter a pot (played about 30-40 hands at this point and he only raised it to about 3xbb once, it's been kinda hard to put him on a range). That's what made this tricky to me.
