Default 1/2NL live: top 2 OOP w/ sick turn action

Villain in hand is generally pretty LAG, esp in position. He has watched a lot of cardrunners videos and in fact intro'd me to them, so he plays a lot like those players. Throughout the night he has been rather snug, but once the game went down to 4-handed, he's been a lot more active, esp on the button.

Stacks of about 360. 4-handed.

UTG folds. Villain (button) raises to 12. I call in SB w/ A7o.

Normally I hate playing A-rag, esp OOP. But against a looser player like villain, I was thinking of calling and winning a few bets should an A flop. Probably bad call.

Flop ($26) 2-way: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
I check blind. Villain bets 20 blind. I raise to 80 total. Villain thinks for a second, then calls.

Turn ($186) 2-way: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
I bet 100. Villain thinks for a long time, then finally pushes all in for ~260 total.

I should...?

Please analyze my play on all streets. Thank you all in advance.
