Sick of iTunes low quality music

Open Itunes -

Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Importing

Click drop down arrow next to "Import Using" select Apple Lossless. This will give you an exact copy of your CD.

File sizes will be much larger than MP3, but quality will be much higher. It may make a little difference on your Ipod, but you'll notice it more using an amp (probably).
