Default $22 CRAI with twopair

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament

6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: t2020
UTG+1: t1600
CO: t6900
Button: t1500
SB: t5260
Hero: t2720

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
2 folds, CO calls t200 (pot was t300), 2 folds, 2 folds, Hero checks.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (t500, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets t200, Hero raises all-in t2520

I am just betting out usually but villain has a big stack here. He got it by getting it in twice with hands he shouldn´t get involved with.
Does this CRAI look enough like a FD or a hilarious bluff to make this profitable?
