I'd agree with Teddie here, what's SB got? He's called a large bet PF and a reasonable bet on the flop.
If I counted everything up correctly you've to call $9 to see an $18 pot (potentially $27 if SB comes along too). I think this is an overpair/FD/gutshot often enough to call.
