Default Weird Multiway Spot with an Overpair

This is the very last hand from my session this morning. BB is Gohanounet, who I have at 17/12/2.8 over a couple thousand hands. I should have a pretty solid image with him. Shortstack is a 45/10 fish. BB's 3 bet range here should be very very narrow. When he bets smallish on the flop into two others including a shortstack who's committed with any piece I almost fold. Needless to say I'm confused about what to do on the turn, basically not sure if he realizes how strong I think his range is here and is waiting for me to value stack myself, or is he really giving up with AK? Also, open to feedback on other streets...
