Help with PT please.

Iv got poker tracker on trial and im having trouble importing hand histories. Iv played thousands of hands on the pokerroom network and when i go to import these hands it reads database error unable to connect to the database file. Even if i cannot get these hands is there a way i can import my hands as i play because i play up to a 800 hands a day anyway. Im pretty clueless when it comes to computers and the e-mails from pokertracker arnt helping. Any advice greatly appreciated.
