Default PCA - Step 6

My friend sent me this hand and I just don't know the proper play here.

I don't play tournaments myself so I do not have a full understanding of ICM (or even it it applies here)

This is the final 6 for the Step 6 PCA - only top 3 pay and that's it.

Hero is a wild LAG and has already called a SB push with QTdd when he was short. He has also raised KT from the CO and called a push back (getting decent odds)

Is this a snap call?
