when fish notices that you're tracking him down...

as title, I realized that there are couple fish noticed that I'm following them...and they would just sit out when they see me sitting down to their left. I'd find his new table and again..they leave after seeing me. What do you guys do to keep tracking them without having them to leave. Do you just use another account or?
