Being tall is not the complete story. Most tall people also have long arms. Its the distance from your hands to the ground. Thats the reason you need to get fitted.
As others have said you can't go wrong with Ping. I love mine. If you're near Carrollton TX, there's a nice shop just off I-35 that I highly recomend.
