Default Party 50nl; combo draw turn decision

Villian is 54/11/.5 only 30 hands. Somewhat of a calling station, called down two bets with a weak middle pair on a drawy board earlier in the session.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed)

MP ($49.25)
CO ($41.96)
Hero ($49.25)
SB ($59.02)
BB ($47.12)
UTG ($52.52)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($4.25) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, BB calls $3.

Turn: ($10.25) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero?

In these spots, with strong combo draws that don't hit on the turn, should I be putting in another bet here as a semibluff/value bet? How does this change against a more straight foward opponent who is not so much of a calling station like the villian in this hand?
