Default 200NL: Bottom two pair from BB

This is UTG+1's first orbit and I've been too involved with another table so don't have any reads on him.

I feel a little lost on the turn after he cold calls the flop and think I need a plan for turn and river (heart/non-heart, ace/non-ace?) here...

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (9 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

MP2 ($397.45)
MP3 ($194)
CO ($105.80)
Button ($202)
SB ($203.80)
Hero ($191.35)
UTG ($179.75)
UTG+1 ($210.05)
MP1 ($43.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $2, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, CO calls $2, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($8) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $24</font>, UTG+1 calls $24, CO folds, SB folds.

Turn: ($62) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero ???

After I'd played this hand I went back and looked at the hand histories for the 4 hands that UTG+1 had played since he sat down and saw that he'd open-raised KQo from MP, got called by the blind, 3-barrelled a ragged board and lost to a baby pair (he insta-reloaded). Does this change my play?

Help on this one would be much appreciated.
