Villain is running ~45/30/1.5 over enough hands to trust the pahud. He's not a horrible monkey, but he will make some pretty bad calls. He's not a player I'm eager to bluff, but on the other hand he's not completely awful and "has the ability" to fold a decent hand. He probably just flips a coin or some [censored]. He's also managed to build a pretty deep stack (not from me BTW), so he's probably on anti-tilt or whatever. Anyway, I'm playing tight even 3-handed.
