Using my link, I concentrate on the shadow legs until I can see them as two dimensional, like a pendulum swinging back and forth. Then I try to image the foot shadow swinging to the foreground when moving from right to left. Then I look up to the dancer to get the clockwise movement. To switch back I image the foot shadow swinging behind when moving from right to left. It's easy to do with the shadow because there's no body movements in view reinforcing the old perception.
