If there was a tie for two rounds, then there was RPS for the win. A tie meaning neither dies, or both die.

I know that on the show they have said that if everyone losses with regards to X, or if at some point there is more than one person left, then there is no winner. Blah, blah, this isn't the same as the show. But I think that would add an interesting dynamic, and there aren't that many games where it is possible to have this case exist.
